Walk-ins are always welcome for our 20-step eye examination. Weekday mornings tend to be quietest; weekends and evenings get busy, so booking ahead on WhatsApp or by phone helps you avoid the wait.
How long does the 20-step examination take?
A full examination, from history and visual acuity through to eye-health screening and final prescription review, typically takes 30 to 40 minutes with one of our certified optometrists.
Can I order on WhatsApp without visiting the store?
Yes. Send a clear photo of your prescription on WhatsApp, choose a frame from our catalogue or a photo call, confirm your order and lens preferences, and we'll prepare and deliver it.
What warranty do you offer on frames and lenses?
All frames and lenses carry the respective manufacturer's warranty against genuine manufacturing defects. Our team explains the specific coverage and duration for your chosen brand at purchase.
Do you deliver outside Lalkuan and Bindukhatta?
Yes — we offer free delivery across our four local service zones, from Haldwani and Mukhani through to Pantnagar, Nagla, Rudrapur and Kichha. For locations further away, we also accept pan-India online orders, with cash on delivery available within approximately 7 business days.
Can children get their eyes tested here?
Yes, our optometrists routinely examine children and can guide you on myopia control lenses and durable kids' frames, with the same approach adapted to be quick and comfortable.
